We couldn’t have done it without you – Thank you for banding together this past year. In reflection, 2021 was a tumultuous year all around, but we feel fortunate to have been able to spend it in good company. The B Corp community is resilient and forward thinking always, but in 2021 we were challenged further.

We fully embraced remote work and expanded our benefit offerings to support a staff in and outside of our Portland, OR headquarters. We were pushed to adapt and iterate operationally to continue serving our employees and our clients in alignment with our company purpose, mission, and values.

We leaned into our values and made progress towards our social impact initiatives, and the desire from our team to show up for one another and our communities was unmatched.

We completed our first re-certification, launched a VTO challenge, put time and resources towards supporting non-profits, and hired a leadership and EDI coach to catalyze our efforts.

As Mad Fish Digital approaches four years of being a Certified B Corporation, we are proud to continue to push ourselves. We dream not just of what is possible today, but what can be possible in the future. To fulfill our mission, we seek to be a force for good for our employees, our partners, and customers, as well as the world at large.

10 TONNES TOWARDS IMPROVED FOREST MANAGEMENT

The Kootznoowoo Project protects fragile marine and coastal ecosystems within its boundaries, contributing to healthier and more productive oceans.


BRAZIL NUT CONSESSIONS, BRAZIL:
10 TONNES TOWARDS AVOIDING UNPLANNED DEFORESTATION

Brazil nut concessions provide an alternative agroforestry crop to clear-cutting for agriculture and can only be sourced from the old-growth rainforest.

AMAZON RAINFOREST:
90 TONNES TOWARDS AMAZON RAINFOREST CONSERVATION PROJECTS

The Amazon rainforest portfolio is a collection of conservation projects preserving forest and fighting illegal logging at the forefront of deforestation in the Amazon rainforest.


LOS BANCOS, MEXICO:
10 TONNES TOWARDS IMPROVED FOREST MANAGEMENT

Los Bancos is home to a wide variety of plant and animal species, including the brilliant green macaw (parrot).
