Aligning with our goal to be the best agency for the world, we believe in the triple bottom line and value our people and planet over profit. Our certification is a legally binding, public declaration of the values, ethics, and commitments we make as a company to the community and people we come in contact with as an agency.

How We Live Our B Corp Values
B Corp Committee
Mad Fish Digital’s B Corp initiatives are steered by an employee-led B Corp committee that meets bi-weekly to discuss B Corp initiatives, how we can support fellow B Corps, and how to further the mission and vision of the B Corp movement.
Supplier Diversity
Mad Fish is committed to voting with our dollar. We select our vendors including office suppliers, business service vendors, restaurants, and creative contractors from a values-first approach, with an emphasis on supporting businesses led and owned by historically underrepresented communities and those that prioritize ethical and environmentally-friendly practices.
Volunteer Time Off
As a Portland-based agency with employees all across the US, we empower our employees to make a difference in their communities through dedicated volunteer time off. In our true fun-ish nature, we also host an annual Volunteer Challenge with donations made to our team’s nonprofit of choice.
Employee Experience
Everything Mad Fish Digital designs begins with our employees. We center our company purpose to provide an Elevated Experience for our employees. We are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package, nationally competitive compensation, paid parental leave, flexible schedules, and more. We adopted objective, skill-based performance measurement systems to bring clarity to role expectations. Each individual is given the freedom to determine how to do their best work and is encouraged to create balance between personal and professional life. In March 2020, we became a fully-remote workplace to give our team safety, comfort, and flexibility as the world transitions to a new way of working.
Environmental Sustainability
Through our carbon offset partner, Offset Alliance, Mad Fish Digital has offset 125 metric tonnes CO2e, 150% of our measured emissions. Our office has switched to low-flow fixtures and energy-efficient lighting, and we encourage our employees to implement these same conservation-minded practices in their home offices with our remote work policy.
Pro Bono Partnership Program
Mad Fish Gives is our community partnership initiative that connects our digital marketing services to nonprofits doing good work.
