Higg was looking for a values-based agency to work with on marketing strategy development. We began the relationship with some tactical plans to produce content, but realized quickly that the immediate and larger need was to develop an overarching marketing strategy and communications plan for the company and brand. We are always happy to adapt when the need arises.
Our Approach
We began our marketing strategy development by auditing their current website from a technical and UX standpoint, the sustainability landscape and competition, as well as Higg’s brand sentiment and digital presence. This helped us establish a baseline. From there, we provided strategic recommendations. Those plans were all in service of helping Higg increase its brand recognition and awareness among sustainability industry influencers and key stakeholders.
