Mad Fish will not intentionally mislead traffic to sites. Mad Fish will follow processes that do not use misinformation to get visitors to client web sites.

Mad Fish will not intentionally violate the law. Mad Fish will follow all necessary copyright, trademark and anti-spamming laws.

Mad Fish will not falsely represent others work as their own. Mad Fish takes care in avoiding plagiarism in all of its work. We provide original writings and designs for our clients. Any third parties original works used by Mad Fish SEO is done so only with prior consent.

Mad Fish will not misrepresent itself. Mad Fish is open and honest about its capabilities and experiences.  We will not mislead clients about our performance, resources, or client successes.

Mad Fish will not participate in a conflict of interest without the approval of all parties. Mad Fish will provide services to similar or related clients fairly and without bias. Clients in related spaces will be notified but can expect the same level of service.

Mad Fish will set reasonable expectations with all clients. Mad Fish will never make promises it cannot keep. We are open and honest about how we can best help all of our clients and we set realistic expectations and goals for services.  We always stress honesty in terms of what can be guaranteed and what cannot.  We do not set timeline expectations for things of which we have no immediate control.

Mad Fish will protect the confidentiality and anonymity of our clients. Mad Fish staff is bound to protect client information and documentation that is not generally known until such information is made public. We appreciate our client testimonials but refrain from using any opinions or documents from clients until we have their explicit approval.
